ASL
utilizes state-of-the-art thermal modeling CAD
tools for modeling and analysis. These tool-kits include IDEAS-TMG, SINDA-3D, TSS, and Thermal Desktop,
which are used to develop accurate thermal models. Provided a design file of almost any format ASL can construct a thermal model
for any of the thermal analyzers. ASL can also convert thermal models amongst
the different thermal analyzers. The diagram below highlights ASL's
capability in utilizing any CAD file to develop thermal models in any format.
